Biography

Henry Yeung has a M.S. Nutritional Biology and is currently a PhD student in the Department of Food Science & Technology. Yeung studies the separation science associated with isolating and purifying free glycans (oligosaccharides) from different sources of milk. Yeung works alongside other lab members to extract oligosaccharides which are distributed to different collaborators for their studies.
