The UC Davis and Culinary Institute of America joint study offers participants a chance to taste taste different meat, vegetable, and mushroom recipes. Read all the details in the study flyer.

The tasting event will be held at the Robert Mondavi Institute for Wine and Food Science on Friday April 27th and Saturday April 28th from 12-2pm, and also at dinnertime seatings from 5-7pm. The study is open to all U.S. residents between the ages of 18 and 65 who eat meat, vegetables, and mushrooms on a regular basis.

The taste tests will consist of ground beef, vegetable, and mushroom tacos from recipes developed by Culinary Institute of America chefs. Taste test participants will receive a $30 gift card for their involvement.
